This training facility is excellent. They’ve got everything sorted out, from lodging to fantastic meals. The training sessions are organized and presented in a very professional manner. I give it top marks!

Participated in the CISSP Bootcamp Course at Cranfield. The facilities were top-notch, and I felt well taken care of. The instructor was fantastic—engaging, insightful, and truly helped solidify the material. If you're considering going, just go for it; you won't be disappointed.

The course and its content were solid, and I noticed that the food and lodging have gotten better. The only downside is the administration before and during the course. You really have to follow up for info, and if you don’t get someone who knows their stuff, you might end up with incorrect details about exam management and your ability to take tests. That can be pretty stressful when you’re just trying to focus on learning.

Exams ought to be included in the course structure. The instructor's textbook was a different edition, which led to some minor hassle.

The staff here is really well-informed and super helpful.

I had the chance to attend the AWS Architect professional course in person from June 16th to 19th, 2022.

Before this, I took an online course with a different provider during the Covid-19 lockdown and prepared for the exam. But, man, taking the exam online was a hassle. I never managed to complete the full 3-hour test in one go. Once, my exam got interrupted after 2 hours, and they told me they’d have to restart it because of a technical glitch. I ended up losing all my progress and was informed I’d need to reschedule the entire exam.

Feeling pretty down about it, I waited about 6 months before I decided to book again.

Then I found Firebrand and saw all the positive feedback. I reached out to Alex, our company contact, who was super understanding and confident he could help me tackle this challenging exam. He offered a fantastic price and helped with the booking process, taking care of all the admin stuff. I received all my study materials online before the course kicked off. I attended the training at Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire, and let me tell you, the facilities were top-notch. No one faced any technical issues during the course. The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable and presented the material at a very high level while also being open to discussing any questions we had. Plus, there were plenty of refreshments like tea, coffee, and snacks available.

The accommodation and meals at Wyboston were also excellent, which really helped me to relax and concentrate on my studies and the exam.

In the end, after taking the exam both on-site and online, I wholeheartedly recommend doing it in the classroom. It felt way less stressful, and the Firebrand staff were super helpful and clear throughout the process.

Overall, great job, Alex and the Firebrand team! Keep it going, and I’d definitely recommend this training.

Dave Petts did an awesome job teaching CCNA, and nearly everyone in our group passed on the first try!

The session was quite good overall, but there was less attention given to those participating online. This was mainly because of network issues. The comments from the students in the room weren't fully audible, although some were heard.

Awesome place for training and the lodging was top-notch. The instructors are super qualified.

I enrolled in my AgilePM course online with my teacher Jack Sodhi, and the program was organized really well, featuring some excellent real-life examples that made it super easy to recall (the hilarious jokes were a bonus too).

I aced my exam on the first try, and I’d definitely suggest it.
